I have started yoga practice since 2009 because I was overweighted and unhealthy then I had a plan to lose my weight. After 3 months of practice, I have lost my weight and I have less headache. Moreover, I feel more inner peaceful and emotionally stable. While practicing yoga, I have to pay attention to my breath and focus on my body, I realized to be more concentrated in many ways. This is why I decided to attend yoga teacher class. I would like to share some useful yoga information to my students and to everyone who is interested in yoga to let them have good health and strong heart. LET'S DO YOGA!!
