My yoga life is begin since 20 years ago starting at the first yoga class which is Bikram style. This style is hot yoga and had 26 fix sequences. After that I notice yoga is the most impressive exercise that I ever had. Then, I decide to join the others to practice more styles. Next, I had the opportunity to study Planet yoga with many specialist Indian teachers.Spending many years with practicing the yoga, I feel like the new person. My body and my minds feel strong, calm, concentrate, and full of energy in everyday. As I see many benefits of practing yoga in daily life, I decide to enroll the courses for yoga teacher to spread these benefits to others. Moreover, I graduated from nursing degree which can be my strength to adapt this knowledge to yoga for further caring my students and other people.
