STORY

The starting point for my Yoga was due to my neck and shoulder from office working for a long time until I had to do physical therapy at hospital every days.

Therefore , I have tried to practice Yoga. When practicing yoga, all symptoms were better until I did not have to go to hospital anymore so I have been practicing Yoga hardly and registered Yoga teacher course.
